I use amway.com now and then, and it’s convenient in some ways. But the allergen and diet info can be really frustrating. Sometimes it feels like the details are there, but I still have to click around way too much, and even after that I’m not always totally sure about certain products. I like being able to shop for vitamins and snacks online, but this part makes it way more annoying than it needs to be.

The products were good overall, but the shipping was just a little slow. Still happy with what I got.

My refund came back fast, which I do appreciate. Still, the situation was frustrating enough that I expected at least a simple apology along with it.

I found a really good range of items and was able to get most of what I needed, which was great. There were plenty of choices to browse through, but I did feel like a few things were priced higher than I expected. Still, I left feeling mostly happy with what I found, even if my wallet was feeling it a little.

My Amway distributor was nice and polite, so I’ll give them that, but the replies were slow and they kept pushing more than I was comfortable with. What bothered me most was the canned apologies every time I brought something up, like, “Sorry for the inconvenience” but nothing really changed. Overall, not terrible, just not a great experience.

I have mixed feelings about Amway, honestly. On one hand, it’s a well-known brand and some of the products I’ve tried seem decent, so I can see why people like it. But then when I think about the business side of it, I get a little uneasy. One minute I’m thinking, “Okay, maybe it’s not that bad,” and the next I’m wondering why so many people have doubts about it. I know some people really trust Amway and have had good experiences, while others are totally against it. For me, it lands somewhere in the middle, not terrible, not amazing, just kind of average.

The catalog matched what showed up in my order, which I really appreciated. I’ve had other places where the product looked or sounded a bit different once it arrived, but this one was accurate and there were no surprises

A friend recommended it to me, so I gave it a try. Setting up my account was really quick, and I was able to log in right away without any issues. Simple and worked just fine for me.

The products seem fine overall. No real issue there. But I did wish amway gave a little more detail on the ingredients and formulas. Some pages felt kind of vague. Like I’d read through them and still have questions. Ended up searching around more than I wanted before deciding to buy.

I got into looking at Amway mostly because I was curious about the business opportunity. it’s not terrible if you already have a decent network or you genuinely enjoy selling, but I do regret not realizing how much time and effort it really takes. It’s definitely not as simple as some people make it sound. The biggest frustration for me was the compensation details. There are charts and examples, but I had to spend quite a while trying to figure out what I’d actually be making. I wouldn’t call it a scam, but I do wish the income side was explained more clearly upfront, especially for people who are new and trying to decide if it’s worth it.

Checkout was quick tbh, no weird errors or annoying issues. My order went through just fine, so overall it was smooth lol.

I mostly use the amway app when I need to reorder items or check where my delivery is. It runs smoothly on my phone and loads quickly, which I appreciate. Nothing too fancy, but it does what I need without much hassle.

I’ve used amway.com a handful of times, and overall I feel comfortable with how they handle my info. The privacy settings were easy enough to find, and I didn’t feel like they were asking for a bunch of unnecessary details. The emails are easy to manage too. Some of the wording could be clearer, but in general I trust it.

I mostly use amway.com for my monthly autoship orders, and honestly... it’s been easy to manage!! Changing dates or skipping a month when I need to is simple enough, and I really like that I can see what’s coming up ahead of time. The first time, it did take me a minute to figure out where the edit button was??? But once I found it, no big deal. It’s not perfect or anything, but overall it works good for me!!

I ordered from amway and the products were totally fine once they arrived, but the delivery was slow — well, slower than I expected anyway. The tracking didn’t update for a few days, so I had no idea where my package was. It finally showed up later than it was supposed to, which was frustrating because I actually needed it sooner. Not a terrible experience overall, but for the price, the shipping really should be better

I’ve ordered from them a few times now, the biggest thing I appreciate is that the items I need are actually in stock when I go to place my order. I know that sounds basic, but it makes a big difference because I don’t have to waste time checking back later or looking somewhere else. So far, whenever I’ve needed something, it’s been available, which makes ordering a lot easier

I do like that Amway is talking about things like responsible sourcing and cutting down on waste. And to be fair, the info on their site isn’t buried or impossible to find, which I appreciate. It’s not perfect though. I’d still like to see clearer updates and more actual numbers. But overall, it does feel like they’re making a real effort, or at least moving in the right direction.

Support got back to me really quickly and helped sort out the issue with my order. I was glad they made it so "easy" to fix.

I was able to find what I needed in the end, but the navigation felt a bit clunky, like I kept clicking around trying to figure out which menu had what, then backing out, then trying another option, and it all just took more effort than I expected for something that should’ve been straightforward

I’ve tried a few Amway vitamins, and overall it’s been a smooth experience. The labels are usually easy to understand, and I appreciate that they don’t make over-the-top promises or act like they’re miracle products.
That said, I do wish the site made it easier to find clear proof or sources for some of the health claims. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it does make me pause and double-check before buying. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars
